NWCoug Chicken casserole supplies
Maybe/kind of. I’ve tweaked it to more time in the smoke with less time in the wrap. I like to do a little wrap because
I’ve found it does help the meat come off the bone a little cleaner. But I’ve also found 2 hours is too much for my preference.
