This is actually the principal reason I bought a smoker
My wife and in laws think anything less than medium well is gross and slightly dangerous (it still makes me mad to hear them talk about it).
Barbecue is actually cooked way past well done. They never complain. And barbecue is delicious. So it eliminates some tension in our marriage.
