This is the question that I've not heard national media types answer.
To include Isiah, you have to exclude someone, assuming the same team size. It's the same general question that is often asked about these things, with the post below regarding BYU running backs being the most recent - if someone is definitely top 5, then who does he knock out? When you listen to guys like Stephen A. Smith or Jalen Rose talk about their top 10 NBA players of all time, I think they usually include about 20 names. 😉
