JPL does some awesome stuff, but there is very little overlap between what they are doing and what the Space Force is doing. More overlap with NASA, but that is because in the past the Space Shuttle was used to launch military satellites. Really quite different missions, with weather sensing and satellite development being the main areas of overlap.
