plans but my guess is BYU plays a rotation of 9 guys next year. My reading of their comments seems to me that the coaches are devising ways to try and keep both Baxter and Lowell on the court together. I have read them mention use of zones as well as they might have Baxter defend opposing 3's when in man to man while playing Lowell on the perimeter when we are on offense. My reading between the lines is the coaches decided a while ago that landing a good grad transfer, or immediately eligible transfer, was not likely and that they were moving on towards the final scholarship being taken by somebody who would likely have to sit out a year. In going with what they got my take is the plan to play Baxter and Lowell together and I think both will start.

So I think the starters will be:

1.) Barcello
2.) Harding
3.) Lowell
4.) Baxter
5.) Haarms

Off the bench it will be Jesse Wade, Spencer Johnson, Gideon George and Harward. I guess I see as many reasons for optimism as I do concern but I tend to think Pope will have a good team.
