No you’re doing your math wrong
If they both play 20 minutes at C then they both have to play 5 minutes NOT at C. When they play together one will be playing center.
Here’s the math part:
25+25=50 combined minutes
50 combined minutes -40 minutes at C= 10 minutes where one plays another position (the PF)
