If Johnson holds up to your standard then
Harding plays 3 and Lowell goes to 6th man role.
Gives the lineup a lot of versatility, he can come in for 3 or 4 and either Harding/Johnson or Hardward/Haarms depending on foul trouble or matchup goes to bench.
Also I think haarms will play more 4 than 5 when both Harward are on the floor. Let him roam while Harward guards the biggest guy.
