Update: after about 24 hours I started feeling better for a couple days

Unfortunately the last 12 hours have been horrible again. My stomach is not digesting food - I am throwing up food that I ate 18 hours ago that is undigested. Pain and discomfort unbearable.

Antacids seem to make things worse. Going back to doctor tomorrow to continue to try to figure out what is going on. Feels like I can’t eat anything but liquids anymore.
