I'm looking into solar. Dont know much about it, but lots of my neighbors in Eagle Mountain have it. Planning on living in my home for a long while. I'm getting hung up on what they mean by "tax liability" and whether I can get the full tax credit before it expires in 2022. Does that mean I have to owe taxes come tax refund season to have a liability? I have 4 kids so between deductions, child tax credits, etc. I always get a tax refund. Does that mean I can't take advantage of the solar tax credit, or do they mean something else like actual taxes paid each paycheck when referring to tax liability?
Also, anyone have any pros or cons to share?
