Lots of "strategery" going on with roster management.

We offer this guy and that guy, not thinking we'll get them, but if we do get one of them after all, we'll talk to someone on our current roster, but hopefully not because he's improved and we like him. Sheesh! Gotta be really tough to manage all that.
