guns and 2 handguns. I bought a shotgun for defense and a .22 to hunt for dinner when the end times come. I figured I should get a handgun before CA says I can't have one, so I have a Glock.
A customer handed me a .38 revolver they found in a storage unit, and after confirming with PD it wasn't stolen or used in a felony, I kept it. When my dad died, I found he had a shotgun I never knew about. It's a Sears Roebuck bolt action shotgun, and he was general counsel for Sears, so I had my son in law go through it and it seems to work like a champ.
So, for not being a gun guy, I guess I have a few guns.
When I asked the same question you are in regard to a handgun, most people said get what fits your hand best.
