although I’m the only one of my siblings that is that way and none of my kids turned out that way they are all right handed.

But me, my uncle and grandma on my mothers side are all like that. I was a really good switch hitter and also good with both hands playing basketball. It just came naturally. But I’m am better at different things with each hand. It’s like all things in that if you do it with one hand most of the time that one is better at it, you have to actually practice with the offhand to make it close to the dominant hand. You may have the ability to do that better than most people bit you still have to practice doing it to be good at it.
