I don’t know if there is any correlation.

I am all right handed. In basketball, even with lots of practice, I never got comfortable with my left.

I wasn’t coordinated enough.

Not really. I was a left-hander growing up in a right-hand world and I adapted a lot. Can't eat or write right at all.

I write on paper left-handed, but on a whiteboard or chalkboard I use my right.
