All Lohner needs to do is go to the NCAA and tell them about all the cash
Utah boosters tried to give him. He can't in good conscience play at a school where it's a struggle every day to maintain his eligibility and needs a transfer waiver. They don't allow Jettas in Provo any more, so the NCAA needs to approve a waiver to BYU.
