Is BYU in danger of recruiting violations if Lohner has already signed an LOI
With all the changes going around transfers I'm not even sure how all of this works any more. Hard to believe BYU hasn't been in contact with him pre x-fer request. Anyone have insight on the rules?
If not, Lohner would be a huge get - he is very highly ranked.
