After the failed "therapeutic semi-sex", he had to know he was in deep stuff.
Or maybe he was a bit too stupid to figure that out.
As much as you hate to hear stories like this, at least the guy went down without hurting her too badly. She's probably fortunate, all things considered. Hopefully he had no other victims.
