And the level of salt isn’t much different than your body has

It’s nothing like the ocean. If you haven’t been in a salt water pool compared to a regular one it’s hard to comprehend the difference but it’s much easier on your skin hair and eyes than a normal pool. Not to mention your swimsuit and towels
