someone which creates demand. Stocks do not have that outlet or benefit. R.E has been king of the mountain for the 50 years I've been investing. The 4 benefits and leverage ability without complete risk make it different. It also isn't real and tangible whereas stocks are pieces of paper.

I haven't seen the argument yet that normally shows up. Stocks are more liquid than real estate. I won't argue that but remember liquid is the form of matter as it goes down the drain....
