Cases are increasing. We are testing 6 times more than we were in April, which is part of the surge in cases. We also have a higher %positive... so there really are an increase in cases. It must mean two things IMHO:

1. Cases are increasing
2. We're testing people we weren't testing before (young, healthy people).

Sorry, I know this wasn't the point of your post, but you said deaths were spiking... I honestly thought it was the opposite.
