We had more or less plateaued for a while with numbers going up and down everyday. Then starting at the beginning of June our daily new cases went from averaging around 150 per day to surging upward to over 1500 a day and still climbing.

Look, I’ve been on the “we way overreacted” train, and I’m still there. But the numbers are the numbers, and right now they are surging in SC. I want to see football, so I agree with my governor and his pleas for us all to help reverse the current trend.
