Same floor plan but it was 2 feet shorter and didn’t have the slide outs. I kept it around 65-70 mph and didn’t feel comfortable going any faster than that. Every time a truck passed by I could feel the trailer sway. This was with a weight distribution hitch and sway control. On flat ground I got about 9-10 mpg. Driving up Mt. Hood I was getting 5 mpg and the engine was turning about 4k rpms the entire time up that mountain. With 20 gallons before my gas light comes on, range is limited.
If I was to buy a trailer like that I’d personally upgrade to a 3/4 ton. I think it would be much safer, much less stressful to tow and I’d feel feel much more relaxed when I got to the campsite.
