Oh yeah... we had 1 shot at the BIGXII... by all accounts we backed away from it...
and we should have been working with the AAC to join their conference... or at the very dang stupid least... we should have a partner deal with some conference like Notre Dame does with the ACC at least by now.
It's been a complete cluster... NOTHING has improved in our program since going Independence. Our reputation hasn't improved, our on field play hasn't improved, our coaching has gotten worse. Our recruiting has gotten worse. Not 1 stupid thing has improved.

What was foolish about it? BYU's first ESPN contract was bigger than the MWC's conference TV contract post BYU/Utah.
