Agree. Nobody could've predicted the devastation of Covid-19 on this season.
Had things played out as expected with perhaps the best schedule in BYU history and a lot of returning talent, we'd be talking about how well this whole independence thing is playing out.

What was foolish about it? BYU's first ESPN contract was bigger than the MWC's conference TV contract post BYU/Utah.
