As others have suggested, a flat fee agent could be good.

We're selling our home for $3k + 2.5% for the buyer's agent. Thatll save us a few thousand and we have the peace of minc with using an agent to finf buyers, do our photos, etc.

FSBO just wasnt worth the hassle given the relatively low cost of our flat fee agent.
