When a coach was yelling at a player on my U8 team, I sent for a field manager.
The field manager gave him a warning and he was forced to mellow out. He was pretty intense in many games that we played.
Note: I have complained about calls from time to time (the penalty kick last night), but am working on accepting all calls during the game. I don't want to give my teams excuses to whine about calls.
