I’m not surprise Kalani fought for them, he’s obviously that type of coach...
wants his guys taken care of and not just because he wants that to be his reputation but because I think he cares about the kids.
This is more a knock on BYU as an institution and an athletic department. Kind of like when they weren’t going to take the injured players to the Hawaii bowl this last year or let the staff bring their spouses when the game was on Christmas Eve.
It’s as if they pick the stupidest stuff to be cheap about, the things that can actually hurt the program. I don’t get it.
