To boost their conference revenue? Even Craig Thompson would say yes in a
heartbeat. It is all about the money for colleges. If BYU increased the per school payout of the B12, we'd have been invited years ago. As it stands, we at best maintain the status quo.
What sucks is you could swap Iowa State for BYU and have a clear increase in per school revenue, but that will never happen.
