An expanded playoff would be great but it’s really only needed for P5 teams.

There’s really no case to be made for allowing non P5 teams in. How does that improve it? And where do we see evidence a non P5 team could win a national championship? Sure there have been ok teams once in a blue moon, but do we really like to change things for the off chance?
