improve. I doubt the AD would be funding other campus projects. The excess would be used for AD projects. BYU never strives for excessive facilities but does strive for very good quality in the facilities they have. I would expect upgrades in all areas over time. They wouldn't go into debt obviously to fund any facility improvements.
