their lives to preserve it for us. Many of greatest people to walk the earth, including the Greatest One, willing gave their lives because liberty for all is more important than life itself.

We aren't even asking anyone to do lay down their lives. No, this problem goes away entirely if the small segment of society that is vulnerable to this virus simply takes responsibility for their own welfare and protects themselves.

This perspective is actually much less callous towards death than the isolationists amoung us. Isolationists are willfully ignoring the lives destroyed and suicides caused by our kneejerk reactions to unsubstantiated fears. Our day is truly one in which "men's hearts have failed them". We are cowering in fear and isolationists are leading the retreat. Why are we following?
