as with many industries there are really two types of info... 1. the nuts and bolts of how things really work. 2. the
"you too can be a millionaire" crowd that is better labeled as motivational speaking than industry info... sure they have some info, but not the real how to info.
The real estate industry is LOADED with content in category 2. It's harder to find category 1 stuff... but it's out there... so sift through the fluff quickly....
Category 2 stuff is fun to watch and leaves you feeling good... category 1 stuff is often boring and difficult to read/watch but... it's the category 1 stuff that you need/want....
