real estate course at Harvard Business School for years....(I assume he's retired by now)....
It's a book for intelligent beginners....
You might also want to search online for text books... real estate finance... syndication structuring... etc...
Perhaps even look up the syllabus for some MRED (Masters in Real Estate development) programs...
What you might be after is the technical skills you'd learn in an MRED program without paying all of the tuition?? If so... just read the same books they're reading.... MIT has the most technical (perhaps start there?) NYU next... Columbia next....
Fordham actually has some online courses that are probably worth the money... Might make sense to take one course per semester for the next few semesters???
