houses he's flipped. It's quite obnoxious actually as it's all he ever talks about at family get togethers and is constantly bugging me to start investing. Which, don't get me wrong, I definitely want to do but I bought my first house a couple of years ago and am saving so I can start investing with my own money as I'd prefer to not go with a hard money lender until I get the hang of things.
