the issue with Zach has always been around decision making...
...and managing pressure. They say the speed of the leader determines the pace for the rest of the pack. Last year Zach didn't manage pressure well and seemed to get himself wound up a little too tightly which I think carried over to the rest of the team and didn't bring out the best in them.

Romney was just the opposite and played with a calm and poise that carried over to teammates and got them to execute plays smoothly and gave teammates opportunities to step up and make big plays.

It was nice yesterday to see BYU coaches call simple throws for ZW and focus so much on establishing the run. ZW was a little wound up to start the game but getting the running game going and then sticking with it and only mixing in occasional passes and focusing on easy throws helped ZW to calm down and get into a rhythm. From the middle of the 2Q on he seemed to settle down and play better.

Coaches need to continue with this strategy in order to keep him calm and loose.
