There is tons of very questionable content on Netflix and always has been...From what I have heard, this one is involving teens, which makes it even worse, but, as you have brought up, if you were going to cancel Netflix over the morality of some of the movies/shows they have, there was PLENTY of reason to cancel a long, long time ago. There is some pretty horrible and nasty things on Netflix, especially in the foreign content. From what I understand, this particular show/movie is French.

I only watch stuff on Netflix that I want to after hearing reviews, watching the trailer, and/or researching it and/or others recommended it. Honestly, I don't think I would have even have heard about this if people on social media hadn't brought it to my attention. In fact, that is the only reason I have heard about it. And even if I happen to see the title or a trailer or promo of some sort on Netflix or I happen to see it in the trending section or something like that, I would have ignored it.. It would have been just like all the other movies and shows on there that I ignore that I don't have interest in watching.

While I understand people have the right to do what they want, if you cancel everything based on only the bad and do not account for the good as well, you will end up not being to watch anything that Hollywood produces at all. I mean, just look at Disney and Mulan...there were tons of people on social media wanting people to cancel their Disney+ subscriptions. While pedophilia and human freedom issues are completely and 100% not in the same ballpark, the main point still stands, IMO.
