you missed the point. It had nothing to do with masks or distancing... Why can the legions of CNN watchers who are suddenly experts on coronavirus quote the death count from Covid with their eyes closed and one hand tied behind their backs? Because thats what generates clicks and views for CNN, and that's all they cover. And the more scared people are, the more they tune in. But do they know the number of annual fatalities from colon cancer? From mental illness? From domestic violence or auto accidents? No. These risks are with us every year and will be with us for years to come. Same with influenza. It will be back EVERY YEAR, in spite of vaccines and treatments, killing children, young healthy people, and the elderly. This coronavirus will not. Period. So yes, they are cool comparisons. And if you really think cancer isn't contagious, try this google search: "viruses that cause cancer". You might learn something. And any social worker can make a strong argument that domestic violence is contagious. Boom goes the dynamite
