I was laughing at the ranger on the mega phone.

Keep it rolling!(talking about the traffic) and the bear is like, “ok, I’ll keep rolling him.”

And then ranger says, “I’m talking to you Texas!”

I’m weird, but it sure seems like their could be a college football analogy here where the SEC rolls the PAC12 or something and the B12 is just watching.
