BYU shouldn't have any problem with Texas State, but they shouldn't have had any problem with UTSA either. Texas State is very similar to UTSA. They gave SMU and Boston College all they could handle, and they went shot for shot with UTSA. On the flip side, Troy completely blew them off the field... I think it really comes down to which BYU team shows up on Saturday night. If they come in having read their own headlines, buying into the -29 line, then I think it could be another 7 to 10 point head scratching squeaker... If they stay humble, and hungry, then I think they win running away. I think that's my only remaining criticism of Kalani... I think fun loving "players coach" style leads his teams to struggle staying focused on the task at hand. I'd love to see that not be the case against Texas State.
