I’m in fantasy land posting this and i realize that.

But as long as BYU is INDY it would be fun if they created a “BYU Invitational” where they could invite someone to play the week of conference championship games.
The benefit being: a P5 team that suffered an unfortunate loss and is missing out on their conference tourney gets a chance to play another game for their resume, and BYU gets to crush those hopes.....

Regardless it would be fun to schedule an extra game this way...on years BYU is not in the discussion they could schedule someone else...kind of an extra bowl game.
