I have had bad experiences with almost all the airlines. The thing that sets United apart from the rest is that when you
contact them about making it right, more than likely to tell you to go screw.
Bad service or flight issues happen everywhere. Of the non-bargain basement airlines they are the absolute worst.
Southwest and Delta will try to make you happy. American will begrudgingly help you out. United will tell you after the fact to deal with it. #NeverUnited
