Idk about this,but my little brother is 6'4 240lbs and a universal donor. The

Hospital calls him all of the time to donate. A little girl got hit by a car and they needed his blood. He for some reason felt like he needed to drive home past the hospital. Right when he got in front of the hospital he got a call from the hospital explaining the situation. They asked him how soon could he be there and he told them 2 minutes he is right in front of the hospital.

He has given blood a gazillion times and hasn't had any problems.
