No, but if he plays well another 4-5 years or more, top 5 or 10 I think.
Certainly has an argument for best pitcher since Nolan Ryan. Hard to compare eras of course. But needs more longevity. Right now he’s passed the best-of-decade type Jack Morris limitation. But with <200 wins and rarely more than 200 innings per year he needs to pitch for a few more years at a high level to crack top 10.
