A friend owns a few rental properties. His strategy is to pay the tenant to move
out. Pays them half of one month’s rent if they are out of the house in one week. Says it’s much cheaper than going through the legal process and gets a new tenant in their more quickly.
Our current tenants are good friends that have paid early for the last 18 months and I hope that continues!
