Has anyone used Redfin or Homie to purchase a home?
If so, do you feel it was a simple, efficient process that was as effective as having a regular real estate agent? Are there any traps to avoid or things to look for in the process?
Is there an additional benefit to one or the other? In my area (Nevada), Homie is just entering the market, but Redfin seems to be more established (though still relatively now).
For those who have used them to buy (and then later sell) a home, please let me know what you think and if you'd recommend going that route.
Thanks!
