Both my parent and I bought houses through homie in August of this year. We used homie real estate agents and homie loans.
My parent experience was seem less and they had no issue at all and the process was very quick efficient and cheap.
My experience was completely different, there was a lot of additional paperwork and the loan was in jeopardy of falling through because they were taking so long to do. My agent was great but the loan side of homie was terrible in my case.
I imagine that the difference was priority because the home my parents bought was much more expensive than mine and seemed to get the attention of the loan officers. My point is that it could be a great experience or could be a terrible experience.
