One does not need to be a minority to play the forgiveness card also, there are

lot of good coaches out there that would be a good fit. I don't think it makes sense to try to hire a guy that fits the worst stereotypes that many believe about BYU even though this picture happened several years ago.

No need to do that when there are plenty of other qualified candidates.
