I got 6 weeks when in public accounting. The actual policy was 6 weeks

for the primary caregiver (which most assumed was the mother) and 2 weeks for the non-primary. Well, due to the PC culture, most fathers would just declare they were the primary caregiver even if this was not the case. The firm couldn't do anything about it.

Now, there is no policy for paternal leave, but the company I work for just usually gives a week.
