Basically the only position where you don't play if you aren't the starter
May get some games if the 1st string is injured. It must be tough to stay ready and engaged if you know every single game you probably aren't going to play unless your team is blowing the other team out.
Totally get why QBs transfer. You can't hold it against them. Not that I really hold it against any kid that transfers.
