Hall hasn’t practiced much this year due to injury; now healed
Once he’s healthy and practices he should have a very good shot at the starting qb. He’s an underrated passer and by far the best athlete. The caveat is of course his injury history so any more it’ll be difficult for him. Have to get the backup good reps to stay ready if Hall is the starter.
