It makes sense if for some reason, say 10+ years from now, LES is available.

I hope it never happens. It'd be armageddon for me personally. But with the direction CFB is headed, I'm afraid its becoming more possible each year. I dont think the BOT will have the stomach for the corruption and the arms race. They'd rather sink resources into temples, humanitarian aid, education, and preparedness. And it's hard to argue with that.
